Sensorgatey-Failing after couple of hours

We have 2 sensor gateways (v2, FW 1.2) on our system. They both set up fine and are fully accessible through the web interface. I have followed the set-up instructions, and for the first 4 hours they work fine. Then almost simultaneously they all show as "Down", and report that the OID cannot be read. If I restart the gateways then they go back to normal, and then, after 4 hours, they fail again with the same error. The gateways are on fixed IP addresses and have different MAC addresses. Any suggestions?

    What monitoring software are you using to access the sensors?

    Currently using Servercheck Appliance - Business 250 Edition - Version 8.7.9



    Gateways at Firmware version 1.2

    Have just upgraded to Version 8.8.2 of the software

    Current release is 8.8.3



    8.8.3 takes care of this problem. If you have your SensorGateway with default admin / admin settings then you don't need to do anything.

    Version 8.8.2 seemed to work ok - the errors have now disappeared. Will push up to Version 8.8.3 and see if errors are still gone.
