Alert on Process

I have problem with the checking of processus.

I have set a control of processus.

But I have many wrong alert.



The account registered in servercheck is admin's right.

retry = 3

time between analyse = 360 sec

time between analyse when down = 180 sec



Who can explain me why?

Error message : [-2147217402] Automation error

The error typically refers to an out of memory issue making the WMI query impossible.



WMI is used to connect to the remote system and get the state of the running applications.

You tell, I need to check Ram with servercheck of a monitored computer before check other thing on same computer?

This error can appear when a software buffer in the WMI services, on the target, runs out of memory while processing a remote data collection call. Sometimes rebooting the remote host fixes the issue

You tell, my remote have not enough memory?

If I see the windowshealth status of my remote, it is ok.

For WMI it seems.
