sensor gateway
we have recently purchased 10 sensors (along with the gateways)..however, one of the gateway is not working..the LED light keeps on blinking and it cannot be detected. We tried resetting it but nothing happened.
Is there anyway that we can fix this? Else, can somebody help how to proceed with RMA request?

How did you reset it?
is there any way we can request for an RMA? how? thanks!!!
Should they have a different MAC, then you can always request a RMA through support: http://www.serverscheck.com/support/initialsupport.asp
If it is a manufacturing defect and under warranty, then the unit will be repaired/replaced free of charge
