Initially the GSM Zoom modem that we got from you does not send text messages. The test software that came with it does send it out but if I try a test message from the monitoring software it locks up the zoom modem and the only way to get it back is to reset the system.



When I started to troubleshoot again this week, I decided to update to the latest software version, but now my license is not working it says it is the freeware version and I need a valid license, but I cannot get a response from support portal to get one.



Can you help please?

    A license key only works for the version it was issued for.



    A fix has been included in the latest release of the monitoring software adressing the sms sending issue. The latest release can be downloaded from our website
