Adding new rule not possible

Hi all,



I tried to add a new rule to Serverscheck (v. 8.5.1 Business 250 Edition) but got follwing Message:



You are only entitled to 250 monitors in this BUSINESS250 edition.



After that I deleted some of the rules (20 rules) and tried to add a new one, but the Message still apears.

How can I see how many rules I have created in Serverscheck and how do I solve this Problem?

    When you upgraded to 8.5.1, did you get a new license for the version or did you use a license from a previous version?



    By adding up the stats you should get the number of monitors defined.

    We did a manual Update a few weeks ago and got a new Licence File on 08 th September 2010.

    Can you run the s-server in debug mode please? Towards the end there will be information about your license, it will begin with # marks.



    1/ Stop the ServersCheck Configuration Server Service and make sure that no s-server.exe process is running

    2/ Go the ServersCheck main directory

    3/ Open the command prompt and cd to the main ServersCheck directory

    4/ Type following in the command prompt:

    s-server.exe > debug.txt



    Please post the portion about the license so I can further investigate.

    On the bottom of your screen, does it say Freeware edition? How many monitors do you currently have defined?

    If I add the stats in the right upper corner (green, yellow and red) I have 187 rules.

    If you have a support agreement then contact the helpdesk using the instructions in the email with original license file and send your serverscheck.conf file so that we can replicate your environment.

    I don't know why but the problem disapeared after a few days and we were able to add new rules. Thank You
