Hi,



I encountered problem regarding scheduled report in Monitoring Appliance. Yesterday, I created a scheduled report and enter the information needed. Today, I'm expecting an email report but no report came on our end. what do you think is the possible problem?

    Run the monitoring service in debug mode around the time of the sending of the report with all monitors paused. Kindly reply with the debug output.

    You have an issue of a LCD display configured but not connected.



    Note that 7.15.2 is an outdated version and no longer supported.

    Can you suggest a supported version for the monitoring appliance? If possible please provide us the link to download the new version, we decided to upgrade our appliance.

    Follow up question. When upgrading to a new version do we need to purchase new license? or the old lic file will do?

    Hello,



    If you are still under your maint. agreement, then you can login to your account and reissue a license for the latest version and then you can upgrade without a problem. You can download the freeware version, the license will unlock it to the full version.
