Audit Trails

Good Day!



I would like to ask some few questions regarding ServersCheck.



1. Can one credential (Username and password) be logged in multiple PCs at a time?

2. Do ServersCheck has audit trails where we can see the activities of the users of the Monitoring software? E.G. deleting of data.

3. Can ServersCheck creates graphical presentation per hour basis in a day?

4. Is trial version can create scheduled and customized report?

1) Yes same credential can be used by multiple persons

2) No

3) Please elaborate what you mean with graphical presentation

4) There are no more trial versions of the software. The one downloaded is a non time limited freeware version. The report scheduler is no longer an add-on; it is part of the appliance or Premium edition

1. So, there will no interruption when two people logged in the same credential?



3. A bar or line graph that shows the temperature or humidity per hour in a day.

1. Correct, assuming this is not the freeware edition



3. ServersCheck creates standard graphs. I kindly refer to the live graphs as available on our site:

3. Is this graph available in any edition of ServersCheck? or it is manually create?



I have another question again:



1. We are trying to configure SMTP Alerts (in Appliance-based). Our port for SMTP is 75. We configure the alerting. Once we are trying to test mail, it said that:



WARNING: ServersCheck was unable to perform a TCP check on port 25 (SMTP port) toa test server. This may indicate that a local firewall on the PC hosting the software or elsewhere in your network may prevent ServersCheck from sending out emails. If you intend to use a mail server that is in your local network, then you may ignore this message.



Error: Could not login to server using given credentials



Firewall is off and No Anti-virus in the Appliance.



What could be the reason of this error.
