Timeout has occured

hi,



i encountered a problem regarding testing of flooding sensor please see details below.



- previously, the sensor run normally now when i test the sensor the test result "Time-out has occurred".



- i conducted some troubleshooting, when i ping the tibbo it replies, so i guess the network was ok.



- i bring another device to test if the tibbo is defective but problem still occurs.



please advise how to resolve this problem.

You might want to try to reset the Tibbo device and verify if the network does allow port 3001 through and that all settings are correct. Probably something changed in your config.

i already reset the Tibbo device and check the configuration, but error still occurs, actually other flooding sensor installed was properly running. only that device shows that kind of error.

please advise..
