Alert Acknowledgement is not showing

Hi,

I'm currently using an Evaluation version of ServersCheck (v8.1.0) and I was wondering if the Alert Acknowledgement feature is supported in this version or is it only available in the full version?



If this is supported can you advise on how I acknowledge an alert, as I can see my alerts but don't know how to acknowledge them.

    Was the alert escalated? Alert acknowledgement is only when escalated alerting has been defined

    Hi,

    The alert wasn't escalated so that would have been the issue.



    If you don't escalate an alert, do they always remain at the top right of the All Monitors View screen or is there a way to clear these down, as and when they're resolved?
