Appliance will not monitor any more

We are just setting up our appliance for the first time we have only added 23 devices and it is not checking any new services or devices they just sit at 0 checks

    What version are you running (see toolbar of your browser). It should say Business 250 Edition - Release 8.1.0 or something similar

    Yes that is exactly it Business 250 Edition Version 8.1.0

    Assuming no AV software is intalled on the appliance, what is the output when running the monitoring service in debug mode?

    We have no AV installed on the box but we were getting loads of Dr Watson errors. I ran the windows update which has a couple of fixes for the OS. We have since rebooted the appliance and it is working ok.
