Upgrade not detected

I have Business20 Edition 8.0.8 and have run the Upgrade check and it reports there are no upgrades available i see both 8.0.9 & now 8.0.10 are available. Should these not be valid upgrades?

I am new to this (only a few weeks installed) according to the release notes i have found my licence key entitles me to any 8.0.x version (but not 8.1 e.t.c version) is this correct?

    The Business 20 edition is ne without support or upgrades

    Please can you confirm the last valid version of Business20 software
