A few more questions...

Spent most of the day setting up the software, and it's working great! I have found two more questions.
1. I have read your user guide, and it indicates I should acknowledge alerts when they occur, else escalation will occur. I do not have the alerts button to see them and acknowledge them? (As the administrator I do see this choice for my users and have enabled it, but no dice).
2. I have followed the instructions for network map modification. it didn't work - I still see only the default map, no other choices. Thoughts?
