Monitoring_thread crashes.
Hello,
We are having dificulties with our Serverscheck V8.03 application. Monitoring_thread is crashing a few seconds after startup of the service.
We have done a clean setup to make sure the culprit was not related to oversized logs or the such.
We have also noticed that Serverscheck is generating a debug log called : linuxhealthdebug.log. -- We have searched the forums and it seems this log should only be created when you download a special Monitor_thread2.exe from this site for troubleshooting purposes.
We also have a log called graphs-errors.log that seems to grow in size quite fast.
Example errors: # Fri Jan 15 08:24:11 2010 RRD Error: illegal attempt to update using time 1263558250 when last update time is 1263558250 (minimum one second step) ( update C:serverscheck_databases1171011122WINDOWSHEALTH-C.rrd 1263558250:)
Thanks in advance for any tips given.

Do you have AV software installed? Graph errors and linuxhealth file may be ignored. As explained in the user manual, the solution is component based which means that other components run independently from each other.
We are running Avast.
As for the logs, I would like to confirm if 500 MB logs won't cause Serverscheck to crash.

Admin, would it be possible for you to review this old post I have regarding linuxhealth ? I would like to find a workaround for the Memory checks always reporting 1%.
