SC do not see my License.

[Deleted User][Deleted User]
I moved the Servers Check software from my computer to a standalone server.

I followed the instructions from

http://kb.serverscheck.com/index.php?page=index_v2&id=11&c=5

After installing Server Check on the new system and coping the files over.

I get the message ....

You are currently using the freeware (for personal use)

version of the ServersCheck Monitoring Software.

That means that the license is not for the version you installed it to. If you move your configuration from one server to another you need to make sure that the same release is installed as on the old server

That is correct I have a lic file for ServersCheck 7.15 and I have ServersCheck 8.0.5 installed. Do I need to remove the 8.0.5 before installing 7.15 again? Or should i upgrade my current license?

If you have a support agreement, then you can upgrade to release 8; otherwise you will have to install 7.15 with your license

Since I did not purchase the license, I do not know who to contact. Who should I contact to verfiy my support agreement?

The purchaser of the license or you can contact our sales department with your company order details
