Backing up serverscheck

Currently serverscheck is running on my computer but I need to move the software to a dedicated VM server. What folder or files should I back up in order to insure my current server information is not have during the move.

I also need to know which folders need to be backup incase of a crashed system,

To restore/backup is the same as moving it to a different server
