Timeline Report

I've just updated from 7.15.10 to 8.0.2.

When i click on reporting -> Timeline Report i got following error message:



Caught exception: undefined

Detials: TypeError: D is null

Please be a bit more concise. What error? Javascript, application?



Assuming it is Javascript: Clean up the alerts/log_rules folder (back it up). It may that old files from an incompatible format are still in there.



Another option is to disable Javascript alerts and see if it then works.

Helpdesk team and forum team are different people. Support tickets opened in the forum have to be handled in forum.

the error came from alerts/logs_rules folder. now timline report ist working
