Step 5 & Test Setting is gray if i add new monitoring.I can't go any forward.I already install adobe flash player 11 install on that appliance.I cannot save the device.

Flash is not required for the Monitoring Appliance. Browser should only run on the remote system and not on the appliance as per manual instructions.



Settings are gray until values are submitted

I submit all the values but the step 5 & test setting is gray.I try to add another monitoring but the error is same.

Can you clarify what the check type is you are using? That might help in nailing the issue down

I make new monitoring devices.And i add WINDOWSHEALTH: This check will verify response time, CPU usage, available memory and available disk space to monitor that device.I can click step 3 & step 4.when the step 5 is arrive i fill all the setting.After that i want to click test setting or step 5 but the icon is grap.I cannot go forward because step 5 & test setting is gray.

Empty the value in the IP address field and then put it in again.
