Monitoring Thread2 problems

Hi,



i have problems with the Monitoring Thread2.exe (Version 8.0.1).



After installing the software and reboot of the pc i get windows error which says 'monitoring_thread2.exe -Application Error: The instruction at "0x28085c78" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program'.



The monitoring_thread2.exe not start automatically again.



What can i do?

    Hello!



    Do you have any other software installed such as virus scanners installed? When did you notice this start happening (was it after a windows update, configuration change, etc)? Has rebooting the machine still caused the problem to return?

    No virus scanner is installed. This problem happening after i installed the Version 8.0.1. No windows update or configuration change. I have reboot the machine but the problem still exist.

    Could you open a trouble ticket and I will be happy to take a look at your appliance (either via RDP or Teamviewer)? When you did the install, did you do a clean one from 7 to 8 or did you just install over?
