Voice Calling does not work on alert
Sorry to cross-post, but I put the first post under the wrong subject...
- Windows XP SP3
- Conexant D850 56K V.92 DFVc Internal Modem
- ServersCheck 7.11.0
- Microsoft TTS installed
Issue: I'm having an issue with getting a voice call made when alert an triggered. For instance, if I manually make one of my checks fail, I get the email but I never get a the phone call that I'm suppose to receive.
What I've done:
- I've verified the modem works and has the latest drivers.
- The Voice Call Tester works without a problem (e.g. it calls the number that I tell it to, I can then hear the call and interact with it by pressing the # button, then hear the alert).
- I've also gone over all the suggestions in this prior post and haven't had any luck.
Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.
