Webpage will not load

I upgraded my version to 7.15.10 from 7.15.8 and now the web site will not load. I tried localhost:1272 and remotly. neither works. The services are running. I have tried rebooting.



Nothing has work thus far.

    I uninstalled and installed via the manual method.

    try this one

    (1)Restart the IIS Admin Service and dependencies in services.msc.

    (2)Go to control panel-administrative tools-internet information service and restart the default website.
