Setting Up Tempature Monitor

I always get :

Status: DOWN?

Error returned: Object synchronization method was called from an unsynchronized block of code.



Any Ideas?

As indicated in the user manual you need to have .NET 1.1 installed (Page 6 of step by step guide)



The error message means that it is not installed. Install it and it will be OK

Ok, Tried that. Now I am getting :

Ah ok, Miss read something somewhere.





When I try to plug the adapter into my hub, I doesnt get an IP address. Hard enough to figure out how to hook the thing up with NO instructions.

Direct connection via serial port is not supported.

Unable to Start Tibbo Service (2) when I try to install it.

On which Operating System are you trying to install it? What error do you get when starting the service?

Vista Business Edition; That is the exact Error that it gives me.

VISTA is not a supported platform for the Monitoring Software (see requirements in the software section). The version of the Tibbo device driver made available for download is not for VISTA.



Try using this one instead:

The Tibbo Device is giving us the "Connection Closed" Error.

"Connection closed" where? in what app? at which step?

The green light is blinking Twice on the DS. Went to Tibbo's website to look up the error code.

What settings have you configured? Did you follow all the steps in the manual - if so at which step does the error "Connection Closed" happen?
