monitoring_thread2.exe-Application Error

Hi,
I sometimes get windows error which says 'monitoring_thread2.exe -Application Error: The instruction at "0x28085c78" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program'
And the update of checks(temperature and humidity sensor) stop and no alert is sent.
Since this is pretty critical for us, please let us know how to solve this asap.
