Device Scaning dont work with some device

Hi



When i try to scan a Device using "Scan this Device" button i get no result... i can just click again on "Scan this device" to get no result again...

This problem dont appear with all devices... i tried to delete and then create again devices who dont want scan but it didnt solved problem

    Make sure the device doesn't have a firewall on blocking scans or all ports.

    1).First you must create user credential for this user.

    2).Enable SNMP service.

    3).Use with Mozilla firefox. Have you install Adobe flash player and .net framework on your machine.
