SNMP error

I start the (SNMP service) in serverscheck appliance and Remote computer.But when i run (SCAN Device).It Show error message.The Error is( SNMP call failed. To allow this type of check, SNMP must be enabled on the remote host.)i can get SNMP in windows xp.The Error is only in Window Vista.

    I Found this solution.In window vista it little bit different than window XP.if u check services.msc in window xp.Go that Path SNMP Service(Properties)-Security (Tab)-Community Right(Read Only)/Community Name(Public) u can see that in window xp.But window vista not include that one.so u must add that one in



    Security (Tab)-Community Right(Read Only)/Community Name(Public) and start the snmp service.
