Value Graphs for device and data

KandiKandi
When you click a device under device view, I have a temperature/humidity monitor that does not have Value Graphs for Device. You can see "Value Graphs for Device" but there is nothing below it.

Secondly, where is the data stored that is obtained by the sensor? Can I readily access it? If not, how do I obtain it? I have an ethernet temperature/humidity sensor.

Go to the individual monitors and click on the graph icon. A sensor is not a device - devices are servers, routers, switches

Data is stored in RRD databases in the c:serverscheck_databases directory. For more info on the RRD database go to:

I click on the all monitors view and i I get 4 icons: terminal, paper clip, clock, stop button. I do not have an icon of a graph.

Thanks for the info on RRD.

Try reinstalling the software. It seems that your graphing engine is not running. It is normally installed in the c:serverscheck_databases directory (rrdtool.exe) make sure it is in the same drive as where ServersCheck is installed. So if you installed on the C drive, it's c:serverscheck_databases - D drive is d:serverscheck_databases
