Application Errors

I have installed version : 7.15.10

and was using before this version 7.8.6



I am getting event errors every now and than.



Faulting application monitoring_thread2.exe, version 7.16.0.0, faulting module perl58.dll, version 5.8.9.825, fault address 0x0008725a.



How can I determine what the cause if of this issue ?

    I believe there have been previous threads about upgrades gone wrong because the perl58.dll was not correctly updated to the new version required. The upgrade versions weren't the exact same as yours but still, it seems similar enough.
