Dr Watson Errors

I remote Desktoped in to servers check device and there was about 30 windows all with the error on it.



" Windows returned error code = - 805306102

    What release is running? 7.15.10 or lower -> if lower upgrade to latest release



    Have you installed something else on the appliance?



    Note: please post a new support ticket for each different issue

    Its running version 7.15.10 and nothing else has been loaded on device

    If support can log in remotely via RDP, then they can check what's going on.
