customising the HTML output

Hi,

I was wondering how easy it was to customise the html output? I want to change the alerting colour scheme etc so it matches my company's branding.

    Is there any way to include the value of the checks? i.e. How long it took to download the page? It's displayed in the admin panel, but not on the HTML output.
