User authentication on localhost

When ServersCheck is started locally, then no login is required. How is authentication established? Is each user with local admin priviliges on the server also administrator in ServersCheck? Can access to ServersCheck be restricted/rejected for users who are locally logged on?

    Someone logging in locally is an admin so there is no restriction there. ServersCheck access can not be restricted locally - the access to the system should restricted in that event.
