connection time out

i am new of the serverscheck.In device view,in user detail it will show connection time out error.how to fix this problem.please i need to know about that.

    If a connection times out that means it is unable to connect to remote device. To fix that see your network administrator to find the problem causing this:

    1/ is remote machine offline

    2/ is there a firewall blocking

    3/ network congestion



    ServersCheck reports issues it detects in respect to proactively monitor. A sys admin should then investigate and resolve the issue
