Win XP Embedded US Daylight Saving Time

DST started on March 8, but the clock of Monitoring Appliance doesn't seem to adjust to it(1 hour behind).
Is it because of the change of DST period in US in 2007?
Is your XP embedded of Appliance is patched? If not, please let us know how to do it (I don't want to break it by patching an applicance by myself without any information.).
If it's not the cause, please let us know what information is needed for you.
Our appliance is set to Eastern Time(GMT-05) and Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving change is checked.
