How to restore monitoring appliance

Could you let me know the way to restore monitoring appliance to default? (re-installing everything)

    What do you mean by reinstalling everything? Resetting the monitoring or complete solution with OS etc?

    I mean the latter, complete solution with OS etc. I'd like to make it factory default.

    You need to return it for repair then. Please contact sales for our RMA procedure.



    Resetting can't be done like that. It is an appliance and not a normal PC configuration.
