how to edit the format of escalated msg?

Hi.



I want to ask according to my subject above, is there any possibilities to edit the format of the escalated msg? Because when I try that feature, the msg that I received is too long so I cannot read the whole msg. Is it on the .conf file?

    The escalation text added to the message can not be edited. Rest of message can be edited as with normal alerts.

    Excuse me but I want to ask again about the escalated message.



    Why the time of the problem does not appear on the escalated message? So I always received escalated message like this "AlertID #xxxxx# Temperature status : DOWN at . Error 26.9 greater than 20ESCALATED ALERT: Temperature status : DOWN at . Error: 26.9 greater than 20"
