Dashboard Views gone after upgrade

We just upgraded to latest Serverscheck 7.14.x business 500 version.



Now the "Dashboard Views" don't seem to work at all. When we run the mouse over "Dashboard Views", nothing drops down below. Tried on two different computers. Nothing there to click on. So, can't get back to Dashboad if we go to other menu options. Other menus seem to be ok.



Lucky that it comes up in Dashboard Group View if we close and open the browser or we would never get back to Group View.



Reboot of ServersCheck server no help.

    Perform a manual upgrade to see if that helps. It may happen that your default.lang file is corrupt rendering incorrect HTML for the menu

    Manual upgrade seems to have fixed.

    Correction, it works until the license file is added. Then it quits working again. Dashboard views work in demo mode but go away as described when license file is applied. Demo message does go away, so it looks like it takes license file ok. It just loses the Dashboard Views.



    Is live license file supposed to be named "serverscheck-ver.lic" ?



    If so, something is wrong with this version of ServersCheck as this was a clean install.

    serverscheck.lic is the only key that is version linked. Without that file installed the monitoring will not work.

    So refresh my memory, what is serverscheck-ver.lic ?



    Unless I rename serverscheck.lic to serverscheck-ver.lic we get the "You are currently using the freeware (for personal use) version of the ServersCheck Monitoring Software" mesage.

    The serverscheck-ver.lic should remain in your /lic subdirectory and is for old Enterprise edition users only; does not apply to Business or Premium Edition users.



    The serverscheck.lic file is linked to the version it was issued for. If you do get the freeware for personal use message, then you do not have a license key issued for 7.14.2



    Such a key can obtained through the online helpdesk.

    Ok, apparently support emailed us the wrong license file. I will request another one.
