We're currently running tests on this software on our network and so far it's proving a very good and reliable tool.
The problem we've got is with alerts. We can get the app to send an email alert when a monitor shows as down, however we can't get the Advanced alerts to work. We've tried getting it to open up FreeCell when something goes down, but it won't fire up.
We've got the Application Path set as "C:alert.bat" and the bat file starts up the FreeCell app. Do we need extra config in this line or do we need to set something else for this to pop up?
Ideally we'd like an image to pop on the display screen and some music to play to alert us if we're away from our desks and don't see the email come through.

If you want clear visual or audible alerting then I would recommend considering the signal tower that gives you a clear visual alert and can send an audible alert (at up to 85dbs)
