Alert Tab

I am trying to get our escalation working correctly. I have a alert that I want to send an email on and then escalate it when no one responds. The manual states that you need to log into the web interface and click on the alert tab...I do not have an alert tab thus I can not acknowledge the alert and it always escalates

    What version are you running?



    Please confirm that you do not see an ACKN button next to the alert in the Alerts overview frame (top right side of the screen)



    Take a screen capture of the All Monitors View and for a monitor that has been alerted. Post it on a site so that we and the user community can see it.

    We are running 7.12 how to you submit the screen capture? do I need to save it to a public web site?

    Did you manage to upload the image to some site (flickr or so)?
