I would not be allowed to use a n open source app without jumping through lots of security team hoops.
Please compare you code. You must have changed something, otherwise the old version would not work too. As it works and the new ones do not there must have been a change.

Like stated it was tested on Exchange 2013 with the latest firmware (5.11) which has a higher window size and confirmed working on a non authentication based configuration.
If that still doesn't work then the alternative is to use the free relay server for which we sent the link.

Firmware 6 is scheduled for release in the next 2 weeks.
This will include a SYN window size similar as firmware 3.
Due to memory limitations in older Sensorgateways, the firmware will only be available for devices purchased in 2013 or later.

For the install process only there were 2 successes and 2 failure
I will try a few more devices but here is the first impressions
so far it killed 2 devices (i had to reset to factory) SGW2013020507038 012
the other is remote so i have to wait until its reset tomorrow
The first device does have a POE issue and was connected to one of your power cables but just got stuck at rebooting. I had to factory reset it to 3.02 it then worked on 3.02 and 3.06 etc
It worked on two device and the email was received on a network that did not work before
identified issues so far
in sensor status (tested IE and chrome)
(1 temps display 0 then on a refresh they are back to normal
they send alerts This will cause havoc
(2) trigger options only option is disable and this does nothing
(3) set output state to = no options
(4) the sensor page does not always render well in chrome

it is a beta version and there are known bugs. it was shared with you only for the purpose of testing exchange.
The firmware is only for 2014 devices onward, not 2013. My mistake, I apologize for that. This is due to memory limitations in the earlier models.

the flooding sensor works on our current official firmware 5.11 , as for the release date of version 6.0 it is still in progress as we found new bugs that needs to be addressed.
